- Involves drilling a well and installing a V-Wire screen made of stainless steel wires shaped in a V-profile.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
OF RAINO V-WIRE INJECTION WELL TECHNOLOGY
- Make a well surrounding the bore, sized 5 feet in diameter and 8 feet in depth
- Place cement rings one above the other from the bottom level of the well up to 8 feet
- Lift the pump set from bore and cut the casing pipe by leaving one feet from the bottom of the well and insert dual ‘V’ wire screens through the sleeves
- The casing pipe which was cut also to be inserted to other end of the sleeve of V - WIRE screen
- Re install the pump set
- Fill one layer of 40mm crushed stones at the bottom of the well
- Fix the perforated slab on the 8th ring and on the perforated slab place another 4 rings
- After fixing the slab one layer of 40 mm medium size crushed stones should be put on the perforated slab
- Above this layer charcoal and activated carbon should be put a thickness of 10cm
- On this layer 20 mm crushed stones should be put to the thickness of 10 cm
- On this layer gravel and sand should be put to the thickness of 10 cm
- Set up a Silt-trap unit of 4 Feet width and 4 Feet depth. Let the water flow through channel into Silt trap. Install ‘V’ wire screen with 0.75 mm size slots horizontally, so that it will not allow to enter dirt and debris into the injection well
